Buttermilk Fan Fix!!!
So glad we got some rain. Arizona needs it big-time. Great video buddy.
Big Brother Shout out!!! Loved it, my man. Great camera work as always. Stay cool my friend!
Great work and fantastic ingenuity. However I would add something here. A couple of vents down low perhaps on the other side of the equipment from the fan would help a lot in drawing in cool air down low and expelling it with the fan up high. Other than that, it's REEEALLL NICE!
That is a fantastic idea! It gets cross flow from the open eaves, but it’s high up. I like that idea and will likely do your idea too. Thanks Larry
@@CaptainGnarkill That's what I did to my 30x36 pole-barn style shop. Installed a big fan up in the peak as high as I could get it. Then I added a bunch of small vents about 1 ft. off the floor along the North side. It works ok considering it's all metal siding and roof. One of these days I'll get it insulated.
For your shed, I would put a vent in the bottom half of the door. Then staple up some Reflectic to the rafters. That should block a lot of the heat from the roof and force cooler air in through the door vent. Right now you're pulling in a little air through the eave openings above your fan and then the fan is blowing it back outside. My OCDs typed that part.
@@sjackson99 I really do appreciate the insight and the low vents are definitely next on my list for this shed. If materials ever get to a reasonable price again I want to build a big pole barn / hay barn style shop too. I love the look of those. Thanks again for the insight.
I'll try to remember that tipped-over porta-potty the next time I think I have a problem. lol
You need more power, Tim! LOL! 😝😋😜😛🤓😎🥸🤨🧐🤪
You crafty SOB!! This was a rad fix. That just k yard with the water!!! Legit😎
Hello. Have a safe blessed day! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Gold Crown Clown here, I'm out in well you know the California Dez (WHEN IM THERE) turbins dude.....turbins, heat of course rises thus get the.....turbins spinning faster and faster causing? Most out buildings or garages have vents low to the foundation, A non powered way to cool any outdoor shed/garage with no power, plus your fan is like a swamp cooler, it only blows as much as it is allowed to escape
Be Kind. Rewind.
Hahaha! Yes! The good old blockbuster days. Your kind for watching the whole video.
We had a good storm here (Vegas area) about a week ago. Much of the night me and the cat watched it.
That’s awesome. It’s wild what’s going on with Mead right now and I bet the rain was nice.
You could have your own History Channel show, lol.
id up the volts 2 panels
What was Reeeeaalll Nice was:
The OSHA approved Lowes bucket/ladder🤦♂️
The non ANSI glasses and lack of FR clothing was ok though? Hahaha very thankful to not be working industrial construction anymore
Looks fantastic and hopefully it works a long time
That belt was easily fixable. You didn't have to replace it.
It was crusty
REAL NICE
Dude ur vids can turn a bad day into a good one, I needed that thank you! Keep up the good work Reaallll Niicceee!! 🤙
Appreciate the kind words, thank you
RRReeeeal Nice...
I would have never thought to use a radiator fan for that, great idea your a genius. I sure hope no one was in that flipped over porta shitter💩💩 stay safe through that nasty storm.
Hahaha I sure hope so too. That would be terrible
@@CaptainGnarkill yes it would haha
Problem… living in a desert.😂
couldn't you have just cut the 110v outlet plug off from the box fan and just spliced it in like you did the honda rad fan?
I really am not sure it would have worked, but I didn’t try it either. Maybe I should have. The Honda fan is rated for 12v so I just went with that from the get.
What about using some window screen to help provide better filter from debris and such in front of the shutters ? Overall good job reeeeaaaalll nice
That is a good idea!
Maybe this is a stupid question but couldn't you just hook the fan up to one of solar batteries? Arent they 12.volt?
No it’s a good question! The batteries for the main house solar are 54v wired in series making them about 110v. They are also under warranty so I don’t want to mess with them.
