Hello i am using 12v converter but also its not running ... Only sometimes one side of the tyres run..
Bro your using booster converter. Don't use converter. Use directly with lithium batteries 2 or 3 as per the circuit diagram

You have a problem in code specific in if statements the right wheel work but the left dont, the if in code have two opposite order

2 lithium ion batteries, arduino mega, car is perfectly working when i connect with Bluetooth module, when its come to obstacle avoidance its not working forward

How much the battery voltage are you using
Use 12v through motor driver left 2 holder pins that are 12+ , Gnd. Don't connect to the Arduino. Arduino having only 5v input in Vin , Gnd pins

Bro I use 2 Li ion batteries and and i hearing beeping noise and i know its working by the beeping sound but the motors and the servo motor won’t rotate….Do u have any solution???
Use 3 or 4 lithium batteries. or charge the batteries full. And check the connections once again.

Yes, but the motor driver also needs power. Arduino need 5v to work . See the circuit diagram.you can understand
