John Tobias was the creator of Mortal Kombat as a world, like, he wrote the book with the story and characters, he certainly deserves recognition, it saddens me it's so rare to see him in events regarding the game.

I hope they will bring back Konquest mode, Hara-Kiri and Kreate-A-Kharacter. I even miss Chess and Motor combats
They actually have a remake like 70% done. They filmed everyone with high resolution cameras, and had demos around the office, but for one reason or another, they couldn't get the money to finish it completely, so they shrank it down to being the MK Kollection, which was the standard arcade ports. There's even images that popped up online a few years ago from someone who worked on it.
