Just read the tanach where judah & companions return and crowd on the coast and eohraim & companions return not knowing who they are on the mountains of israel (judea shomeron, gelilee). Its in the tanach. Most arabs in israel are from the 10 tribes but lost identity. Israel is in an ongoing civil war of its 10 tribes. Problem is lost ones know not God like uktra seculars know not God. God gonna fix it soon but it will be unpleasant in the process.

Arabs (Ishmael) are not considered descendants of Abraham. Isaac is the only son (Genesis 22:1-2).
@@johnmann8659 this doesn't relate to my comment at all. The Jews converted to Islam are not Arabs but Jews that worship the moon god in blindness and Ishmael is still Abraham's son but not son of the promise and covenant is what scripture is saying.

The other tribes were exiled to Mesopotamia (2 Kings 17:6, Amos 5:26-27, Acts 7:43) and live in territories north of Israel (Jeremiah 3:18).

The other tribes will resettle into their land in the future (Ezekiel 47 and 48).
The Arabs were given their own nation as promised (Arabia - Genesis 21:8-13) but they wanted more (Islamic Conquests of the 7th Century).
