    Thanks so much for your interview. I’m a photocopy of your problems except for an accident. However, the stimuli and back pain it creates for me is unbearable. I’ve signed up with DNRS and hope to be where you’re in a few months. Thank you very much.

    Are the seminars back?

    • @yuhz1m1
      @yuhz1m1 2 года назад +3

      Not sure if the in-person seminars are back yet, but they have an option to stream the seminar online and have acces to it for a year (as well as a DVD option). I did the online streaming option a few months ago, and I thank God every day that I did. I am on the road to recovery and have already regained so much of my life. If you are not able to access the in-person seminar, don't let that stop you. I am living proof that the other options work.

    I’m a person who needs an in person seminar bc the mold has decimated my energy, focus, willpower, memory so doing anything online by myself doesn’t happen even when I really really want and need to. Are there buddies near me in Illinois that are up for doing these exercises together and supporting each other in person? I really need help. It’s so hard.

      Hello Elaine,
      Thank you for sharing your thoughts and questions. Firstly, you are not alone!
      You are correct our program does require commitment and dedication, however we have created a variety of support services with our DNRS clients in mind. These services are made for you to feel accountability, community and ensure you feel confident applying the program from your home. If you like a group setting, and want to see smiling faces we would recommend our 12 week Living DNRS group sessions. This is done online over zoom, but its a great way to meet each week with fellow participants. The sessions are led by a certified DNRS facilitator.
      Our support services are available to DNRS customers only, and suggested that you complete the instructional videos prior to get the most out of your support session.
      Please reach out to our client service reps and they would be happy to speak with you about our program and the services we offer. 1800 947 -9389 Mon- Fri 9-5 PST.

      Hi Elaine C, (((hugs))) you're totally not alone. I echo the recommendation re: joining a Living DNRS class. Even though it's by Zoom, seeing those faces and hearing their voices and being part of a community that GETS it changed the game for me. If you've finished the 4-day seminar I would recommend joining a Living DNRS class. If you haven't yet done the seminar then I would totally encourage you to try it out, even though it's online for right now. I can completely relate to the energy, focus, will power and lack of faith in being able to commit to doing anything online, but I signed up and tried it out anyway. What I found was that as I watched the videos (even just the first couple on the first day), my ability to watch the next one and the next one and the next one - and keep going - increased, until one day I had finished the whole thing! It's the only online thing that I've been able to complete lol, although I I look forward to completing a non-DNRS online programme soon (solely possible because of the ridiculous gains I've made as a result of implementing the DNRS programme)! So I definitely super encourage you to not be deterred by not being able to do in-person at the moment. Don't worry about the end-game right now, just reach out and take the next step. You've got this.
