Contested each May, the PGA Championship is the second major championship in golf’s annual rotation, and perennially features the strongest field in the men's game based on the Official World Golf Rankings. Known for dramatic finishes and notable champions, the Wanamaker Trophy-which has been awarded to the winner since 1916-is inscribed with names such as Brooks Koepka, Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Jack Nicklaus, and Gary Player.
The 2024 PGA Championship is set to take place between 13-19 May at Valhalla Golf Club. The reigning champion is Brooks Koepka.

I want Tiger to get a big win again soooo bad
I don't think his body is going to ever hold up for 4 rounds to do that again. He's playing with a significant handicap against competition in the prime of their careers.

Maybe it's my imagination, but I don't ever remember highlights of so many scores from off of the green. it used to be a miracle to chip in for a score, but it almost looks average.

i think maybe in the past not every shot was broadcast/recorded
Where is the players score, the leaderboard, the hole or stroke number? These highlight reels lack context or significant, let us see the backdrop against which these shots take place please.

@@MarkEWallace You are arguing semantics all I’m saying is the significance of the ‘shots’ benefit from some context. They might as well upload the players best shots from the driving range if that’s the effect they are going for.

I believe that has been legal for a long time. Maybe always. It is frowned upon and often treated as not being “legal,” but it is.

@@MarkEWallace how? You must hit the ball from below, and the ground is a collateral damage. Also, if the chip doesn't damage the ground, what is the rule if the player damages the ground (green) during chipping?
