Jess Yates the legend but maybe controversial..allegedly.
By the way I will say RIP Mike Yarwood who died yesterday at the age of 82. He was a great impersonator and comedian. Not many of his like left.
I send my condolences to his family as well as Jess Yates too.

That insipid "Vicar doing a sermon" voice that he used to employ on Stars on Sunday was totally fake. I saw an out-take of him on "It'll be alright on the night" where he is frantically looking for a request card on his desk and while he is searching his voice suddenly changes from his 'Slowly peeing on a tin roof' to a bear like growl and he loudly grumbles "So where the bloody hell is it!" 😡.
Oh and his one time buddy i.e. Paula's real daddy was a nasty piece of work by all accounts, A TV cameraman who worked with him on "Opportunity Knocks " described him as a 'Nasty tempered bastard' , Trevor Eve's portrayal of him in 'Most Sincerely' was pretty accurate then!😲
