Omg... r u guys really not gonna comment on how good Justin is with his vocals. Justin i m really impressed with your vocals. U sound soo good and your voice is full of emotions “if thats a thing”. And u r just amazing 🔥❤️ u sound amazing and the way u teach is just amazing too🙌🏻

I had an epiphany. Brilliant advice on separating vocal cords from the other infrastructure. My singing is freer AND stronger. Thank you so much Justin and behind the scenes team.
Been practicing this for a couple of months and my voice, both tone and pitch, has improved tremendously! This is easily the best channel on youtube for singing lessons 🙏
Hello Singers - what a year and what a pleasure it's been to produce Voice Lessons to the World and Quick Singing tips with Justin. Keep the comments coming have a wonderful and safe holiday season!
I haven't watched a NYVC video for years, but in returning to singing, this video is the best I have ever seen on Vocal Compression. So much packed into 12 minutes.
He looks much younger than Leonardo! Placing that aside. I’ve been rehearsing for 8 days - getting ready to record vocals for a song I’ve been sent by a European producer / writer. In the hook there are two notes in my upper range that I can hit but I’ve hated the way they sound. It’s taking detective work and no sleep but it came to me today, maybe it’s the vowel sounds? Then I found your video about the dreaded ‘I’ vowel. My song has I and why as first lines in the hook! I’d like to say thank you posting. Mystery solved and my singing self-esteem can go back to normal! God bless.
This is so helpful. I'm a new choir member and I'm having a hard time singing with strength. I'm going to watch all of your lessons 😊. Thank you so much ☺
Thank you Justin for gently letting your faith shine. Thank you for the benediction of acknowledgment of God and encouragement to His children. Lord, bless and protect and strengthen your mighty warriors and humble servants, Justin and all the staff and their families at New Your Vocal Coach. Please Father continue to equip and empower this mission with Your awesome power and love...in Jesus name we pray. Amen
In Jesus' name! AMEN! 🙏🏼 Thank you for these prayers! Lord, I lift up Russell Adams to you and I pray for your peace, strength, and goodness to overwhelm him and bring him into an even deeper relationship with you. Let your Spirit pour out on him so that he knows the mightiness of your peace and power. AMEN! -NYVC
When you sang Creep. I couldn't clearly tell the difference between Mix and belt. They both sounded the same in terms of vocal compression. The only difference i could spot was that the mix had nasal resonance, while the belt had more mouth resonance?
Actually, it's the feeling that made it beautifully better. And he's saying how to make it feel better when attempting to sing beautiful and any register. Its supposed to sound similar, i think that's the point.
VOcal Compression, going through the whole range and putting all the notes where they're supposed to be, slayed the depressing demon called "Forcing Resonance". All the credit goes to the great Justin Stoney
Wow! We have a new exercises video! Thank you so much, because I love to sing with them. Nice to hear the differences among voice registers. It's a fun exercise to me, to try how to do the sounds.
Power to the people (and the vocal folds) with compression! Such an important topic with a fantastic teacher! Always a joy to hear Justin sing 😀 - Matt @ NYVC
omg justin, your switches mix belt are so perfect and consistent! thats something that I've been struggling fir years!! the "she" part I do mix as well but then in "running" i do belt and my mix and chest sounds very inconsistent when switching gears. If I do all in chest my volume is inconsistent and my larynx goes up.
I've been improving so much this past half a year thanks to your videos! (I discovered you last Summer). The thing is, I've only even been following along to the same handful of videos for the most part, so there's still so much content I haven't even taken advantage of yet, but the exercises and advice I've used so far have made such a difference!
Wonderful video to pass along to my students. Thanks for continuing to make these videos, Justin. I know it must take a lot of time and effort. How do you fit it into your busy life? And unlike other RUclips channels, you never just turn a webcam on and wing it. You make sure we get the best, most accurate demos. As a voice teacher, I appreciate you.

The brightness of your smile gets me through my darkest hours, and your words of encouragement help me to believe in myself. You are a life changer.
I have a kind of wide vocal rage (A2-G6 in modal range) but I have a giant vocal break between G4-Bb4 it’s really annoying and this has softened the break and I don’t have a vocal crack to not sound breathy tysm!
For contemporary music you can definitely expand your range to sing a wide range of music! Check out this episode: ruclips.net/video/UFVE9c0BJ64/видео.html -NYVC
