Your problem is already solved in the video. If you want programmatically add an image to header either from database, you can use the same method. First get the image from the database (code is just sample exmaple will not work) image img = GetImageFromDatabase(); e.graphics.DrawImage(img, .....); Simple as that.

I think you should use "Tab Order" button in Layout toolbar, it faster "Tab index" in properties and you can copy image from other resource then paste to resource folder in project :P thank video
