Headed to Brantford and was lucky to catch SOR coming into town and heading down the B urford Spur. CN 148 and VIA 70 as well as CN 580 switching the yard.
I really like the colour scheme on 2301 and 3403. Walter, have they replaced all the seats on all the LRC's ... I was on 84 to Toronto on Friday last and those seats are not very comfortable at all. From what I saw they haven't made any changes to the seats on the Budd cars.
I read that there used to be passenger trains rolling down the Burford sub until the 1940s, and there was actually a small station at the corner of Clarence and Colborne st ( about where the street running is now) I wonder what kind of steam locomotives were used, probably ten wheelers and moguls or maybe even pacifics
SOR 2301 is actually Quebec and Gatineau 2301

Awesome video Walter. Looks like I made yet another appearance lol
No problem.
No wonder CN doesn't want this job anymore it's so slow through town!!!
At one time steam engines rolled through town. Speed only 5-10, spur only goes about 3 miles.
It doesn't service SC Johnson anymore?
Track has been removed. Ingenia only customer. They bought the line.
great video good job
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it.
