Derek shouldn't win just by outperforming his last year's performance. He must surpass Hadi in every aspect to deserve victory. Otherwise, his win might be attributed to factors like his race, nationality, language, and marketability for sponsorships, which isn't ideal for the overall growth of the sport.

Both are great but Hadi hasnt done anything to market as Mr.Olympia. all you see is training footage from his coach Hany Rambod. Ramy was the same way. When I envision a Mr.Olympia you see a champion who travels to various regions around the world, gives speeches, seminars and inspires. This isn't the Dorian Yates era where you can win a title and then disappear back to your homeland then return a year later to defend your title; Its about growing the sport, markability etc. I have nothing against Hadi as he has a great physique but he hasnt done any of these things as Mr.Olympia.
