Louis is so controversial yet widely accepted, unique man.
As a veteran I totally agree with the segment about dead soldiers.. I love the truth this man delivers.. one of my favorites for as long as I can remember.. shout out to him for always going overseas to do shit for deployed soldiers too..

But we aren't the only country in America. America is a supercontinent made up of North America and South America. Canada, USA, Mexico and the nations in what is considered Central America are part of the North American continent and everything below Panama is considered South America.

My brother who is smarter than me and actually studies on his free time, told me it wasn't even slaves who built the pyramids. They were actual workers. They even had certain rights which would never be given to slaves. Something along those lines. Don't quote me. Use this to research it. Do as I say, not as I do. 😂
Yeah if you watch enough Graham Hancock, it becomes a question as to who exactly built them. Most likely a bunch of extremely talented ppl.

@@themetalpig7613 and even if you dont watch Graham Hancock, and just read about history from any source written in the last 20-30 years it would still be true as far as we know. So It's not the source that makes something a likely fact, it's the evidence. Regardless, I sincerely appreciate anybody like you getting involved in a historical and generally controversial conversation tho, without being rude to anybody. The world needs more people like you who are willing to learn throughout life instead of just believing what a teacher told you in whatever grade.
@@goatitisful I mean the pyramids wasn't even taught to me, it was one of those things they just imbed in everyday life as truth. I remember a kids book I had when I was a little tacker about 35 yrs ago, that had pictures of the pyramids being built, and they had a line of slaves pulling massive blocks up inclines around the pyramid, with a guy at the end with a whip! Lol! Very sneaky way of "teaching" someone. We now know how absurd slaves, or anyone really, being able to pull those enormous stones. But it's ironic because that book instilled an interest in Egypt that eventually led me to more likely truths.
I could see the slaves doing the manual tedious labor, you know? The skilled workers would have their place nd so do the slaves.

Actually, while building pyramides there were slaves ofc, but most of those people building it were builders and engenerees of their times and architects. You cannot make something like that if you "use" only slaves.
I heard there were no slaves at all but the people who built them were actually very respected people who got fed well and buried right next to the pyramids if they died. Idk tho not sure I just remember hearing something relating to the pyramid slave myth shit
It is a common misconception, that they were built just by slaves. I reckon there must have been a working force, that was operating the huge stones etc., but yeah it is believed, that pyramides were created by professionals of their time.

Crazy fact: the pyramids in Egypt were NOT made by slaves. In fact, the workers who designed and built the pyramids were actually well paid and highly respected members of society. Second only to high ranking officials of their "government" and the pharoah... at the time they were being built, these laborers were among the most elite people belonging to the most high society at the time. That goes for the general laborers, the carpenters who dragged each stone into place, and even more so for the architects, designers and surveyors. Contrary to popular belief, these men were actually near the top rungs of society, and couldn't be further from slaves, even tho certain jobs were very dangerous. There was also life insurance guaranteed for the families of laborers who died as a direct result of the building process.

I don't really understand the cancellation (it's just a loud minority) of this guy from what I understood listening to both sides he asked if he could pleasure himself in front of whoever else was there and they said yes. From interviews I've seen Sarah Silverman and others all said yes so maybe it was just bad timing and those activists really wanted fresh blood on a constant basis to control the narrative because same kind of thing happened to Aziz Ansari yeah he was a moron for what he said but it was consensual

Just because I’m a history nerd, the pyramids weren’t built with slave labor. It’s a pretty interesting system that was used of farmers doing the work in the off seasons. Well, interesting if you’re a history nerd. 👍🏻😂
