let me put it this way, for chinese EVs, anything over $50k USD will perform better than the top 10 most sold cars in the US in crash tests and real life crashes. if you want hardcore crash-proof, zeekr is the brand to go for, just google "zeekr 009 accident" and "zeekr 001 accident" to check out how they hold against truck steel frames and a few tons of bricks crashing on top of it. I don't think a toyota or a bmw or a mecedes can do that. there's a reason why these traditional top brands' sales are flopping big time in china, and price is not that reason.

Looks are deceiving, most of these Chinese built cars fail all safety tests. In the rest of the world worried? Not one bit. Just like in India, the Tata brand is also terrible cars.
