    After traveling down one inclined plane and up another exactly the same in slope, it will not rise to the same height as that at which it started. It will rise to a slightly lower point. This is because of friction and air resistance. However, Galileo did a thought experiment. He imagined that if he smoothed the ball and track until they created no friction (and ignoring air resistance), the ball would rise to the same height.

      why it is reached at the same height? why it is not keep on motion on second inclined plane even if there is no frictional force?

      This galileo observation only justifies that object remains in a state of uniform motion unless compelled to change that state by an applied force. But it does not justify that object remain in state of rest unless compelled to change that state by an applied force. But newton first law of motion justifies both.

    It doesn’t reach the same height. If there is gravity. The pendulum it self doesn’t reach the same height. Because of gravity.
