This is awesome. I'm building one in my garage. Just waiting to get to the hardware and get some bolts and turn buckles. I dont have a torch so I cut the axle shaft and welded it in the holes and welded strips of steel for added support. Love the idea man. Cant wait to try it out.
Using 2 large bolts and long nuts is GREAT IDEA. There are so many things can be done using 2 bolts idea.... here is one: You can build 3 wheel scooter leaning from side to side like old Honda Gyro using this.
Iv always wondered how them cheap Harbor Freight wheels would last over time ?? Seems like the bearings are sloppy and cheap !? When using a Sulky on a walk behind you usually need to add 10-20 pounds to the front of mower or it will be popping wheelies.
Nice job man. Did you notice any difference on the tires switching them out? I will be doing a video of my trailer in the near future. I had my side walls cut to 2 1/2 from 5'.
