Most of them are overweight or even obese, including the commissioner himself, it is a professional deficiency leads to injury or even death on duty

When you have the sheer amount of responsibilities of him having to oversee what 20 divisions across thousands of detachments, debrief politicians at the federal level, also don't forget RCMP also go on UN missions to train foreign police agencies which the Commissioner also oversees. It's definitely hard to put that time in, but don't aways let looks deceive you, the Commissioner probably has really good strength for his age judging by how his posture and walking stature.
