@TiffanySmith-ed2ljWow! Bold statement! I like Bugs, Ryan and the rest of the crew. Ryan is one heck of a boss. Who do you know that pays for their employees lunches? Pays them even when out sick? Pays them to go out on a boat and have a mandatory fun day? Let's his employees borrow equipment for their side jobs including Bugs! Come on! Bugs and Ryan both are great at what they do. It is just what it is. If the world had more bosses like Ryan it would be a better place.

As a business owner myself, I have to comment on how valuable employees like Big Ray really are. He shows up on time with a positive attitude, he has a real desire to learn new things, he is loyal, and you can see the pride he has in working for Victory. You may have to keep an extra eye on him, and explain things a couple times, but employees like Ray are getting harder and harder to find these days. Love the videos, God bless!

Sad to see Bugs and Jade go but everyone has their own stuff going on in life and that is what it is. He’ll be back one day maybe when things settle down.
Proud of you for taking the high road and being positive versus easily choosing pessimism in this situation. I’m 25 and so far I’m learned that people are the most difficult aspect to life and also the most important. Always choose positivity when dealing with people and other because it is a choice at the end of the day and it’s your choice. It’s good to smile too. As dumb as it sounds it actually makes a difference. God bless man and don’t fret, the smoke will clear soon.

It’s my personal opinion that, and this is just me, he got tired of seeing the other guys/kids (Except Ray) not taking their job seriously and always playing, almost taking advantage of Ryan with all the oversleeping, calling out for one reason or another. Going to miss Bugs and Jade, as we can see he’s not the easiest to work with but we can all see the pride, dedication and craftsmanship he always put into his work. Although Bugs is not a man of many words, he did mention on multiple occasions how thankful he was for Ryan, him being his boss and also his friend for 25+ years. Not only did he mention that multiple times but his attitude towards Ryan’s business really showed how grateful he has been; 99% of the time (too)early at work and rarely too late, always helped Ryan with loading the trucks or other things before they left for a job WITHOUT Ryan having to ask for it, when people were sleeping or playing on their phones while waiting for Ryan to give instructions it was always Bugs that was looking for more work to do instead of waiting, bringing homemade food and beverages for Ryan and the rest, doing or thinking about work related things only Ryan and him would do. When Ryan sent Bugs out for a solo job he knew Bugs would take care of it, he knew Bugs was trustworthy and all those traits are really rare and hard to find.
Bugs might seem grumpy most of the time but his character and love for you is something that really showed and I’m sure you feel the same about him.
I hope you and Bugs stay connected even if him and Jade won’t be returning next year 🙏🙏

Hey Ryan, sorry 2 hear bout Bugs leaving, his commitment and knowledge will be very hard to replace, hope u find a good replacment. All the best for you Bugs and Jade, sad we never got you on board with a youtube channel, it would have blown up. God bless to all the Victory crew and thanks for entertaining all of us all these years and look forward to many more years more.
