Silent bloggers are making their mark in different parts of the world. As one myself, I find that it is easier for me to capture moments to document my life without speaking. Especially as I am introvert. Silent vlogging is the introvert’s dream!

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RUclips channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,307 subs and > 1,000 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

@@ms.hjohnson6820 Whoever you are, I don't know you personally but I can say that you're one of the non-judgmental and open-minded people who is not fixated on tangible or external factors in order to learn from someone like me. Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my RUclips channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a RUclipsr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. I ain't better than anyone else but my old self. That's all that really makes this RUclips thing more meaningful and enjoyable. Thanks so much for your support! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)

Implementing the lessons I learned throughout the years of lots of trials and errors changed my life trajectory and learning that there’s a yin and yang in everything or proton and electron in an atom because opposites attract, which means a night won’t exist without a day because they’re codependent and that’s just the nature of life. I wouldn’t have appreciated the power of kindness if someone was not cruel to me. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of growth if I didn’t see myself stagnating. I wouldn’t have appreciated the importance of health if I didn’t get sick. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of real love if I haven’t witnessed my parents’ relationship slowly fall apart. I wouldn’t have appreciated the importance of mindful money consumption if I wasn’t broke. I wouldn’t have appreciated the growth of my RUclips channel if I didn’t start at 0.

I guess sometimes some mistakes happen when filming like in 10:23 when you have your sleeves rolled up and in the next scene the sleeves of your sweater are down, lol
Pretty logical if you have to cook and shoot a video while changing the camera position and at the same time trying to avoid burning your food.
Anyway, I've seen some videos where people stay silent and I've loved them for showing things without having to say a word and I always wondered if they had multiple cameras and if they planned each shot in a script.
Very interesting video, thanks for explaining this process.

Love your video! I have a question, how do you make your videos with less contrast to achieve a "dreamy look" in the editing process? Is there a tutorial you can refer me to?

Thank you for sharing your knowledge! My goal is to try and shoot more aesthetic vlogs like this with more confidence. I've only shot a few aesthetic cooking videos because they're so challenging! I love your tips for simplified angles and how to approach editing them together to look professional (looks so good!) Especially the tip to repeat motion in different cuts. Like opening the tofu container again in the far away cut. I had never thought of that before! It's so seamless in your edit, and transitioning the audio tip is so good. I can't wait to try these, best process video ever!

I agree that a lot of times everyday activities take a lot more time while filming because your trying to get the right angles

Thank you for this video. I just started making faceless vlogs in my channel about travel and spirituality and I hesitate between voiceover and caption only, I tried both but I still feel kinda awkward with my voice. This video gave me hope that I can make silent videos look nice 😇

As a new RUclipsr this is super informative and interesting, I am In Nigeria and a lot of people do not get silent vlogs but this is my kind of aesthetics, I will keep doing it regardless thank you for the tips.

I'm glad I was able to help! I know it's cliche but keep doing what make you happy :) I'm sure there are a lot of people who appreciate the same aesthetics as you.
