My grandfather and I used to use a similar method that you are using to take pinto and dry kidney beans and soak them, dry and resoak again before boiling and softening after drying for a third time. That’s how he used to make homemade refried beans, bean paste and bean dip. I respect this process very much, it is a lot of work but the end results are so satisfying, not to mention healthy because beans are a protein. Ty for sharing this with us and the fond memories it brought back for me. Bean and Rice Patty’s are so yummy too and flavorful 💕

米麴菌 可以去了解一下
另外你可以觀察一下你週遭有發黴的狀況時
有發黴就是整遍同一種菌 就算多種菌的情況下 也都是各據一小塊
說明了菌在生長有他的強勢性 一旦長起來 別的菌就長不起來
稻草是帮助豆子发酵长菌的,其他颜色的菌有影响的,豆子有益菌都是白色的
