Awesome, very expressive Op. 25 No. 7, I didn't notice major differences from the previous performance except for the Etude, overall the dynamics seems more softer, or maybe it's just a different audio recording configuration. Great performance as always!
Hi Thank you! Yes you are correct, I think there're not many changes for the preludes. I'm more getting used to the slightly faster speed. For the 24th prelude, I find from this take that I need to work on the left hand to be more steady and not rushing. It sounds like I tend to rush following my left hand. It'll be risky when I perform for an audience. The etude certainly I've been working on expressions and voices. :)
Also you really have good ears! I tried hanging a blanket on the door that was directly facing the piano. I thought I should try to cover it and see if it can reduce the harsh sound of the high registers. And the result seems very effective!
@mchoi-amateur-pianist Working with acoustics is really hard, I think the difference in the sound softness is very noticeable from the previous recording. It's much better now, great job!
Excellent play!
@@Tny424 Thank you 🙏🏻
Beautiful! Chopin is my favorite. I also love bechstein but just bought a brand new Kawai GL40 since it’s more in my budget.
I also find that Kawai is really great!
Fantastic performance
