    Indeed! Lomas del guijarro, Lomas del mayab, El Hatillo, etc. are rich rich. Super cars, mansions, tall buildings, expensive restaurants and hotels... They're nice. Lower areas can also be cool, though, like blvd Morazán, Centroamérica, Suyapa, San Juan Bosco and Juan Pablo. These have large shopping malls and international/local restaurants.
    I must ask, BTW, why didn't you visit our parks? Juana Laínez has the best flag position. You get views of the city and its mountains. You could've also visited El Picacho. You missed out on a lot of stuff, dude!

    Oh man I wanted to jump in and say “Don’t Eat That!” It may upset the Stomach! I’ve gotten sick 🤢 so much on street food South America. I started eating fully cooked meat/fish! For me that soup needs to be boiling hot when served too hot in a spoon 🥄. Let it cool down enough to sip. I flew major airlines 30 years all over South America, Central America Caribbean, and one thing I would do is take a dose of Pepto-Bismol to protect the lining of the stomach before going out to eat dinner lunch or dinner. Bottled water only no ice or just a lot of beer.! 🍺 cheers! Be careful!

    • @TampaPete
      @TampaPete Месяц назад +1

      @ it only takes one bad meal! Was at a steakhouse in Lima Peru. My First Officer and I both got very sick 🤢. It was going out both ends with several trips to the bathroom while 🤮 in the tub. Ended up at the hospital getting an IV to replace our fluids. We determined it was from the mushroom sauce we both put on the steak. It was cold, at the time didn’t seem right. When this happens to you after a few times working at the airlines you become wise on what you eat and where you eat! I was out almost a week recovering!

    • @mpleandre
      @mpleandre 19 дней назад

      Tegucigalpa can be both ugly or very bautiful. Its surrounding mountains hold some of the coolest places a capital city can have. Santa Ana's wind farm, northeastern towns like Santa Lucía and Valle de Ángeles, local parks like El Picacho and Juana Laínez. Your brother probably went to places like central park and the anillo perfiérico.
