This video helped me pick the Stone Glacier over the competition. thanks Gents.
Glad we could help!
You all are killing it on the reviews, best of luck on the channel. You all are doing awesome.
We appreciate the comment and support, Jose! - Forest
Thanks for the great review. I’ve been looking for a new pack and your insight has been great!
We're happy to hear that our content helps others. Thanks, Russ!
Excellent review guys. Keep up the great work.
Thanks, Craig. Your comments are always appreciated! - Forest
Earned a sub, great series!
Right on! Thanks for the comment, Joseph!
Awesome reviews guys. Extremely valuable information for most guys stuck on the fence about picking a brand. I run the SG 5900 & Exo k3 4800, for me it’s hard to pick one between them so I run both lol
Those are two solid choices! Thanks for the comment. - Forest
Definitely going with the stone glacier 5900. I been using a mystery ranch pop up 38 for 5-6 day hunts it’s super hard to do.
As mentioned in the video, this Stone Glacier Sky 5900 (Krux) happens to be my personal pack. It should serve you well too. Contact us at GearFool.com and we can likely help you out further!
@@gearfool what you think of the X curve?
@@Lexidezi225 I had the privilege to try on both the Stone Glacier Xcurve and Krux frames with approximately 35lbs of load. After properly adjusting each frame to my body and moving around briefly, I found that the Krux was hands down better for my body profile. Consequently, I haven't tried the Xcurve for any length of time outside of that initial fitment and trial. I'm confident that the durability and performance would be the same between the two frame designs here, and offer that the "comfort under load" is entirely dependent upon which frame suits your personal body type. - Forest
Am not a spotting scope guy either. Country I hunt has no use for spotting scope and I love not having to carry tripod around.
There are certainly times when carrying a spotting scope has its perks, but there's also times when running a little lighter sure feels good too! Thanks for the comment. - Forest
Looking for a pack for backcountry elk hunt. Appreciate the reviews. Torn between the EXO K4 and Stone Glacier. Did I understand correctly that the Stone Glacier has waterproof fabric and the EXO does not?
The Stone Glacier will do much better in rain than the Exo. We tell most guys to make their decision based on what they like out of the bag design, as both packs will ride quite similar. If you do end up going with the Stone, give us a call and we can get you set up! -Brady
Plz do a review on exo K4 🙏
Hi Ahmad. Our review of the Exo K4 (frame and load-carrying specifics) will release this week or next! Keep an eye out for it on our channel. - Forest
How tall are you guys again? That looks pretty small tor 5900ci
Forest is 5'10" and Brady is 6'1". The Stone pack unrolls at the top quite a bit, when fully loaded it ends up pretty narrow and tall. Check out the photos on our website to see it and maximum capacity.
