You basically have to parent the unparented bones to either the closest bone that IS parented or to the bone that makes the most sense to parent it to.
You parent the upperarms to the clavicles, the thigs to the pelvis and the rest is basically just parenting the unparented to the nearest main bone like the upperarm, lowerarm, thighs, head or any spine bone. Each model has a different amount of unparented bones.
Sorry for the late reply, the roo bone you want to press suffix > delete on is the one that's called root.001 or root.002 or root.003 etc, do this until you inly have the root bone with no decimals left. I recently made a video going more in depth about it if you want to check it out.

Go into edit mode, add a single bone where the root is supposed to be, call it root and parent the pelvis to it.

When I do this and try to move the hand or foot only the arm/leg moves. The hand/foot go all strechy what did I do wrong?
NVM I tried moving the hand bone and not the ik_hand bone. So It works 😀
