Her shirt says, 「復讐」. "Revenge." Not familiar with the context but thought you might like to know.
Heather's parents got that shirt for her on a trip. These are all of the things it says on the shirt:

Above the the characters is says "Vengeance" in English in smaller text that might be a bit hard to make out.
It's odd because with the context of all the other stuff on the shirt both "Vengeance" and "Nothing Matters" seem like they don't belong with the rest of the shirt. So I think it's a "We are proud of our homeland" shirt but it might be that in using "Vengeance" they actually meant something more like "Resilience", not sure.
@@CaptainFaceBeard I would guess it's just random Engrish rather than any consistent meaning. It's not uncommon for Japanese fashion to use English aesthetically, without really caring whether it makes sense. Image searching "japan engrish shirts" will pull up treasures like, "make your escape smoking baby don't walking flavor of bitter in 1966." Pretty much the equivalent of westerners getting tattoos of hanzu/kanji, thinking it means "bravery and dignity" when it says "big daddy" or such.

@@CaptainFaceBeard My favorite was a store called "Starvation." Women's fashion shop if I recall correctly.
@@expressionamidstcacophony390 The Jerk-Off store had a slogan, haha. "Hey you, f#*king guy, do The Jerk-Off" with out the censoring. I am pretty sure it was all Teen Boys clothing they sold.
