    I had the exact same experience after implementing this step from your first video. My short broken crown has grown out beautifully.

    I never thought about it, but when I'm done detangling, my crown also has soreness. Maybe I need to change it up. Thanks!

    Glad to see you upload! I have experienced scalp soreness at the crown too… I think it was because of the way I detangle. Thank you for this advice!

    This looks like a proper arm workout but I'll have to give this a go 😅 because I suffer from the coarse and short section of hair. It's in the same area as you describe too.

      I felt really awkward when I first started doing it but now it just feels natural 😅

    I had issues with breakage and roughness on the temple area on both sides and on the back of my hair on both sides. Those parts of my scalp always got sore. Lately when I detangle I’ve been conscious of brushing my hair with the grain so all my curls are going in their natural direction. My hair is really dense so I give extra attention to those areas now and they improved so much. I also stopped putting oil on my scalp.

    Oh wow I have that sore spot too at the top. I too think it is from how I detangle! It hurts so bad. I started pulling it straight up like you are dping here sometime again so I will see how that works.

    Wow I'm suffering from the same thing you're describing here! I'm going to try your method and see if it helps. I'm nervous because your hair for the most part is slightly looser or finer than mine, but hopefully I can implement this

    Do you detangle your before you get the shower as well ?

    • @AbbieCurls
      @AbbieCurls  7 месяцев назад +4

      no. I only detangle after shampooing whilst my hair is covered in conditioner

      I always wonder how people with curly hair don’t detangle before washing. My hair would be a matted mess after I shampoo if I don’t detangle first lol

      really try and pay attention to whether you treat that hair ay differently to the rest of you hair. are you more rough with that patch of hair, do you manipulate it more etc... it could be down to things like that, or it could just be that you have a different texture hair naturally in that area.
