The build is at 3:30, the only mod you really need for extended hang time is Aerodynamic. You can extend that time with the addition of Aero Vantage to almost double. * Patagium doesn't really need to be there but what is does is, when that hang time is over, it'll help me descend at a slower rate, Boreal's Anguish helps do the same thing also but with an extra damage reduction boost while in air. This build is what I like to call my Aerial Tank build, it's really fun! The trick is, though, to stay in air and you get damage reduction (which also counts for your shields). But before you think that this build can take you to level cap enemies, it won't. You'll still reach a point where those high level enemies will drop you. I almost forgot to mention that if you are in a squad and your squad mates also have Aerodynamic equipped, you get even MORE hang time. Their Aerodynamic time adds on to your Aerodynamic time and you can be in air for, what seems like, forever.
