Honestly as a foreigner that's lived in Egypt for 5years ,I never had a moment that I was scared everything was safe I mostly go out from my apartment to buy pino or Aiysh with some fruits and vegetables around 2am or 3am.Alhamdulilah that's one of my experience❤
Adding some nuance for anyone planning to visit. Generally, I'd say I feel safe (young European woman), and people are ready to help so if you ever encounter a creep odds are you won't be facing him alone. Safety (e.g. number of people on the street late at night and quality of street lighting) does vary per neighborhood as it does in any country, so I adapt my behavior accordingly. I love using local public transport and have had great convos with strangers so generally 10/10. However, harsh words: you will be harassed verbally every day (as a blonde European woman), no matter how conservative you dress. If you can't handle that, don't come. At the same time, your tourist status gives you tremendous power. If you approach police or bystanders, they will take you seriously. That's a privilege not extended to everyone. You might be safe but that doesn't mean lower-class Egyptians are, let alone people of the many refugee communities. It's a stunning country with wonderful people and huge diversity that I'd absolutely recommend to anyone. Skip the tour guides and tourist resorts and discover Egypt properly, just follow the playbook women are raised with in any country, plus some modest attire.
Look, in Egypt we have about more than 100 million people, so if there are a million of them who cheat or steal, that is a very small percentage, but Egypt is safe, especially from the people. For example, if a girl is walking in the street and someone harasses her or something like that...
And also a piece of advice: When you come to Egypt, especially to the pyramids and tourist sites, try not to ask for anything from someone with a horse or a camel, because they will try to swindle me, and as an Egyptian, they try to swindle me😂😂It is also better to have an Egyptian friend with you in these places👍
@@hmoodyhassan2241 No he escrito que Egipto sea especialmente peligroso.

Alhamdollah, and I think only few countries are awake for 24 hours. Also there are some jobs and freelance works works in night shifts 😅
I was there for a month recently and as a woman I felt very safe walking in Egypt. I fell in love with Egypt and I can’t wait to return ❤
Best wishes from Brazil... 🙏🙏🙏🇪🇬🤝🇧🇷

Harassed every day as a European woman? Disgusting! Muslims are still cavemen despite of the 21st century being outside in the world.
In other words its a shithole
Yaaaay!! A new episode 🥳🥳 I missed you so much! ❤️
Hope you enjoyed it!

I have travelled there and it is NOT safe. Maybe we have different definitions but as an European, no.
Can you put the subtitles in English for the Arabic text as well? As some cannot read Arabic
Hello, you can get the videos with english letters when you become a member of Easy Arabic.
Easy dear
Nope unless you have money and you know someone in the government or a tourist but for a normal Egyptian whatever your class is nope it's not
I was a tourist there and it was not that safe!

So it says its safe..for all arabs...but what about the tourists?
That comment shocked me too!
Do Egyptians speak this fast? 😂
Arabic gives the meaning in a few words that's why we talk quickly

It's not bad but it's not that safe really, many Egyptians are overly patriotic and are unwilling to accept anything wrong with their country.

All the people come and help her, but as I told you, there is fraud and theft, but it is small, and this is in any country, not just Egypt🇪🇬
