Why are you people acting like he played outside the country? He played in Ghana, what is the average pay of players in Ghana to think they will succeed after their career?! 🤦🏾♂️
That is the more reason why such players should start doing stuff early. He could have gone into cocoa farming (google the international price now, you will be shocked), animal husbandry, FMCG distributorship, etc.
Why is this media house with this "Caption" as if players of the Ghana Premier league were richer and living a fulfilled life before and after thier career?😅
No one in Ghana's premier league should depend on football alone. There's always a need for side hassle so the penny they psy them should be invested in something that will bring an income. If there's no hope for going international... think thrice
@@dannydct1lol what sponsorship ? Even the league no get sponsorship and you expect that a player would have one ? Our players here are severely underpaid that’s why they leave at the slightest opportunity
Even Paul Gascoine been paid well in England as a citizen was poor and drunkard so life there are failures if u fail to gather the momentum. Better luck Eric
Agyemang, don't worry it shall be well. I know the salary in Ghana premier league is not enough so I do understand you but the alcohol🍸 is not gonna solve the problem bro
A lesson to all up and coming players. Solely depending on football in Ghana as a young player is suicidal. Players should further their education or better still learn a job. A small business wouldn't be a bad option if there's the wherewithal. Those who will be lucky to see money earlier should invest wisely. Their flashy and extravagant lifestyle is the downfall for most of them.. flashy cars, big and classy women, useless tattoos, piercing of ears, you name it, don't add a penny. Agyeman, at Berekum Chelsea, played with the likes of Bismark Idan, Solomon Asante, , Yaw Alexander, Teacher Frank, Clottey and co... He can go into coaching and stop taking alcohol. Giving up should be the last option
Unfortunately with alcoholics they have to help themselves first before anyone can offer assistance. You can see that he has had opportunities offered but squandered them thru drink so first he needs to heal himself then every other thing will fall in place after
Charley, many of your guards manning your office and properties ask them about their standards of living and you will see so many Agyemangs around you people too
If someone can help him with 15,000gh and a tricycle... He can look for a farm to supply eggs... With that ammont he can make not less than 2500gh weekly... Any numbers to help
This is where the fans and his supporters should be thinking of. In his hey days, he brought joy to them and in his worst time they should support him.
Awww sorry 😢Eric hoping your break through is going to come soon
GOD HAVE MERCY AMEN AMEN AMEN

😢😢😢I will not blame him for this misfortune. Our teams don't pay them well. Imagine being paid Ghs 1000/month and taking care of families. It's sad
i hear u but it's not just 1000 ghs they will also get sponsorships and deals because of their profiles

@@dannydct1in Ghana? Let's be serious
The monies are with the formal GFA leaders..the syphoned the club's monies....
Even now players are either underpaid or not paid at all.
Imagine those days. It is sad
Local players are very poorly paid, and the payments are usually delayed. Therefore, he was never ‘rich’.
Misinformed and misleading caption.

When you have bad GFA leaders this is what happens
He can play football again because of age
This documentary is a very useless piece.
I agree with you. It is a misplaced action taken by the journalist.
