Yamuna expressway par value appreciation us ratio me ni hoga jesa past 5 years me hua ..uska reason h new noida.kahin bhi industry development k liye airport se jyada jaruri road and railway connectivity hoti h joki new noida me h(DFRC also) new noida ki planning also much better than yamuna expressway
