First amazing video I encountered with interesting details and just what people are looking for to get the city's vibe. Please make more such videos for Santa Clara, Mountain view, etc.

The highest incomes are in the Bay Area but they also have the highest cost of living in California. I work in tech and with the crazy cost of living I picked up a second job delivering food for Uber/doordash and I would not call the Bay Area rich at all. It seems as a part time delivery driver ppl are broke as a mf. It didn’t used to be that way but every year it’s gotten worse to the point im taking my 200k plus a year out of California and to Arizona. I’ve traveled alot for work and I always turn the doordash app on just for fun to learn the cities for my regular job. I’d say Washington state is by far the richest state on the west coast then Oregon and then California. You can make all the money in the world if your expenses outweigh your cost of living that makes you poor

Spencer, I grew up in sunnyvale and absolutely loved living there. I left the bay area in 1994 after OSH (Orchard Supply Hardware) made changes that forced me out. I relocated to Boise, Idaho and kind of miss the old places, but now here, we are seeing prices here that were previlant in the 1990's in the Santa Clara Valley. so, Now, Boise is charging rediculus prices for housing, and a lot of californians have recently relocated to the treasure valley area and they are trying to make it like the bay area, yet this area won't support that kind of economy, for now. Sunnyvale was once the best place to live, but now, it looks like San Fransisco with all that damned high density housing! the downtown area looks aweful! I'm sure glad I left when I did, because the bay area homeless situation is far worse then here.... I would have been among them had I stayed..... its so sad to see what has happened to the city I grew up in.... even the surrounding areas.... sad, just sad....

I'm a Bay Area native and Techie. The beauty is that people can choose and afford where they want to be. If you have friends/family that are considering to move out from here, please let me know! There are 50 people that would buy their home within one week and they can cash out their investments into other places/things.

Yes, it’s horrifying to see it happening now everywhere. Wish i thought a market collapse would end it.

I worked for a tech company that promoted start ups and helped them get going. My company has laid off 70 percent of the employees in the last 3 years. I can guarantee you will eventually hit a wall in California. We had the largest budget surplus last year followed by the largest deficit in state history. 750k more ppl ahve left then moved in and counting. Every year it doubles. My friend had to wait two weeks to get a uhaul out of the Bay Area and my friend who’s a senior software engineer in los angles County waited almost 7 days. Ppl are leaving so fast they can’t make enough uhauls😂. Me to I’m moving to Arizona in two weeks taking another 200k outta comifornia

As fellow Californian get out before it’s to late. How do you think comifornia will make up for that 750k ppl and counting by raising taxes again but this time your gonna really feel the burn no matter how much you got and by the end of 2024 I bet my life that number will be close to 2 million.

Thanks for sharing! Good thing you all owned a home here so you can sell for a record amount and own multiple homes somewhere else. That will also free up homes for people that love to be here. Let me know anyone else that is leaving so they can take advantage of the gains and open up the home for others here!

@@SpencerHsu it's nice there. It's a great place cause it's not as quiet as a suburban but still close enough to bigger cities like San Jose and San Francisco. So if you don't want the full on city life but don't want the suburbia life either it's perfect
