@MarcelaLoparco there are no luxury condos in the south part of the Bay Area. The luxury homes will be single-family and if you wanted something furnished, that would be much less unless it was a company that was doing these things as a speciality. Rental homes continue to move very quickly, renting out within one or two weeks so be ready for it.

@@tomtaber1102 there is a ton of space there. The fact that Woodside and portola valley has the housing they have, shows it’s definitely very possible. It’s the most prime area for any developer to take on due to the median price in these areas. It’s easy to find space between the bay area and Sacramento or Stockton but those just lead to more traffic in already bad areas. We will see what happens

There are only 47 homes and I believe 35+ are sold. The rest are being built but there is a waitlist. If this is of interest, I’m a preferred new builder partner and can work with you to see if this is a fit! Every new construction will have an hoa for the roads/infrastructure. Plus or minus $300 a month is the norm these days. Dm me if you want to go check it out and get yourself on the list!

@CalvinMorris-cf8jk earthquake is certainly unknown unlike the hurricanes. If you are fearful of it, best to sell your home and move to another area further from the fault line

I don't think condo price will increase much. Look at all these new apartment buildings being built and just got built, they are everywhere. Most of them are right next the the condo buildings. Condo owners are having great difficulty renting their condos out now and will be even worse in the future. That's obvious not a good investment. Even though most of the first time home buyers can only afford condos, they have to think about what to do with this condo in the future.

@fly8girl thanks for sharing! People have to start somewhere so even if the returns are 0-2%, there are also the older condos to get into which are much less.

@@SpencerHsu I am a graduate of several Berkeley Psychic Institutes programs. I spent about $20000 over the years. Since April 2022, unwillingly I got on a mental torturing system while unconscious, I paid extra $1000 to R Brewster as they requested over the phone. This system has been creating weird images n voices in my space except when I'm asleep. It's very dangerous as I involuntary dropping stuff in the kitchen n I was pushed by invisible hands while walking in public. They told me I should vent on a regular basis, I was told at times the system is a Russian spy training system that mostly protects only white and married graduates, as the Russian system dislikes unmarried minorities, especially single male lotus !! Pain & punishment from NL, TH, VMR etc, I have more evidence....., One of the main evidence is that the old BPI building sold to a Tibetan community!

@@SpencerHsu depends on who ask. That’s why many on the north side refuse to sell. But the value wasn’t the point. The quality of life has gone down the drain. I grew up in Sunnyvale. Went to elementary, middle and high school. I even work sunnyvale DPS. Even our officers aren’t happy with the leadership.
