Many people walked and visited the streets and markets to soak in Christmas spirit and beat the Covid blues
I live in Collingwood, Ontario. The Blue Mountain area is our local ski area, it's just a few minutes outside of town. The ski hills are visible from down town. It's a fairly expensive tourist area to shop ( depending on income) . It brings many people to the area and helps out local businesses, summer and winter. Collingwood area has sailing, beaches, golfing , hiking trails and shopping.
This is a resort area with a lot of shops,restaurants, They are built and decorated in such a way to encourage people walking,relaxing and enjoying than seeing a beautiful shop or restaurant then became a customer there
