LLevo dos horas hablando con Trump. En este momento me siento todo desquiciado.
(I 'm a little puzzled here as to whether I should use 'lleva' or 'llevo'. If I use the former, it doesn't specify that it is ME spending time with this person. Or would 'lleva dos horas que hablo con Trump' then be more correct? Somebody please correct me).

Llevo is the correct conjugation for the "yo" form. Lleva would be the conjugation for he/she/it/you(formal).

@@mattb0022 Thanks for your feedback, Matt. Apparently 'lleva dos horas que hablo' and 'llevo dos horas hablando' are equivalent. By the way, these 'substitution drills' that this site abounds with do have value. But this is providing one is creative with one's vocab and grammar as an extension to the basic practice. Otherwise, I find them just too mechanical.

@robertflint2549 Hey Robert, I'm not sure where you're getting that information from, but "lleva dos horas que hablo" is not grammatically correct. Here are some common ways to express "I've been talking for two hours":
He estado hablando durante dos horas."
      "Llevo dos horas hablando."
      "Hablé durante dos horas."
      "Estuve hablando por dos horas."

@@mattb0022 I got it from Google Translate, whatever that's worth.
