- The Hindu goddess Chinnamasta represents the power of Lightning, which is the famous Kundalini energy. Chinnamasta typically separates her head from her body, which means to separate consciousness from the bodymind. Thus she can drink from the neutral Sushumna channel and awaken the Kundalini energy. The Kundalini will thus rise in the spine and elevate our consciousness so that ultimately the Ego can be killed, to be reborn from the ashes in its divine form. Chinnamasta is also very much related to sexual abstinence, removing the dependence on the greatest enjoyment of the senses. This has no moral character, rather it is a matter of meditation technology. The Ojas, which is the storehouse of prana and also Kundalini must be preserved at all cost. This way, deeper meditation or Samadhi is not disturbed when breath stops, as the life force will then be generated from Ojas.
The 10 Mahavidyas are 10 “great bodies of knowledge” where Tantra meets Advaita Vedanta (nonduality). Through these 10 goddesses we learn about the nondual nature of primordial energy or Shakti, which is also the life force. Thus 10 secret Tantric mysteries are revealed, whose power will boost your spiritual growth. Expanding mind, body and consciousness, the related practices provide powerful tools for contemplation, meditation and true connection to the life force, both inside as outside.

She doesn’t make anyone impotent.. and there are ways of preserving ojas without depending on sperms… She is so misrepresented by sanyasin peoples versions of tantric texts… Your points are right when look from “Yogic” tapestry. But chinna she is a “Tantric” godess…
They try to abuse those who channel her as well.

There was a story on RUclips, a woman started doing Kundalini yoga on her own. In a month she got an abscess in her chest which she had to treat in a hospital.

I only agreed with 2 points. I would ask a yogini or dakini that actually works with her as a bhakti practice or a sufi Persian practioner.

Hello one day when I meditating i got to a point where my 3rd eye was starting blinking like torch and cracking and crown chakra is attracting me toward upward and my body freak out i got up in fear what was that how to proceed from there. Kali mantra help to get fear of death
