Thanks Richard! Very illuminating to lay people like myself with only a passing understanding of economics & accounting. Would you consider a talk on GERS & GERW? There really is a lot of misunderstanding around these government tools. Also widely used as a stick to beat the Welsh & Scots economy with.

And 500bn is money needed to destroy money created by the central bank. So by placing it into tax havens, this action destabilises an economy.
Must be quite something to see an idea made law like this. Ta for the fight and keep up that passion (no need to apologise Richard)
