One time i lost almost all vision in my left eye for like 30 minutes. I sat there thinking about what i was seeing. I didn't see black, i saw exactly how you would see in a dream. Thankfully, i gained my vision back :)
One big culprit in diabetic eye disease is the inflammatory marker called VEGF. It had been seen in rheumatoid arthritis, but it is also seen in diabetic macular edema - which is part of diabetic retinopathy.
I am not sure if you guys know the answer to this but, a long time ago when I was in fourth grade I was doing just fine until the next day, I was dramatically slower then my normal speed whenever I ran, and also I noticed my vision was getting worse. Ever since that day my physical abilities were never at there best. DO you know what I should do.
Sad to hear bro. My father has diabetes and he is now suffering from vision lose. I am sure since you are young, if diabetic is maintained under control ,it won't have Ill effects on your body

Eat twice a day on low carb diet and fast 24 hours once a week

How are you now? Did you get checked by the doc? What was the diagnosis?

Look into a plant based diet
