I am diabetic and have been unable to get my sugars down. The medication they have prescribed for me, makes me so bad, I often have to go to bed, as I have had a few falls, due to diabetic neuropathy in my feet. I recently began to get "Blurred Vision" in my left eye. And, following my latest Retinopathy Visit, they have told me I need a "Slit Lamp" test to find out what it is that is causing my left eye to become blurred. I have always feared having "Cataract Surgery" as I have "Nystagmus" or "Involuntary Eye Movement" which I was born with. I feel worn out, after looking after my Mother for the past 5 years, and seeing her reduced to a "Bag of Bones" before she finally "Passed Away" has left me Crying alot, and I have now gravitated to alcohol. Could this be why I have blurred vision in my left eye?
@@garydunn3037 Deeply sorry for your loss. Diabetes can be effectively controlled by sticking to exercise, diet and medication. So I'd like to wholeheartedly ask you to NEVER give up with you treatment as diabetes is not a big deal as long as you stick to your treatment. And about your blurred vision. well as expplained in the vidoe, diabetes can cause blurry vision through different ways including cataract and cataract surgery is a simple 10-minute surgery. However your blurry vision can be due to other problems like refractive errors that have nothing to do with diabetes.

So basically gliclazide are not good for diabetec person?
