    What might the start-up costs look like, considering cost of tools, supplies, etc.? Also, in regard to the CVP training, I live in So Calif does the training differ by state?

      Hi! For the start-up cost, check this video:ruclips.net/video/eCBDg8jwzds/видео.html and for the course, it is not State specific. However, you will have to adapt what you learn to your own state/services offered. Thanks for watching!!

    Hi Cecilia, as an independent contractor and a licensed RE agent, how can you offer these services outside of your representing brokage?

    • @CeciliaVPeralta
      @CeciliaVPeralta  9 месяцев назад +2

      Hi! You will have to follow the rules of your State and brokerage. You can always offer services under the non-license assistant guidance

    Hi Cecilia! I am starting out as an independent TC and I'm learning a lot from your content. If you don't mind me asking, what does your work week look like? Also, on average how many transactions are you closing?

    • @CeciliaVPeralta
      @CeciliaVPeralta  11 месяцев назад +11

      That's awesome you're joining the TC community! I work full time in my business, M-F 8.30-5.30, and I manage not just the transactions but also a team :) Instead of fixating on the number of transactions, I focus on the revenue goal for my business because I provide different services. That means I can reach my goals with fewer but more impactful closings. But hey, if 100 transactions dropped into my lap, I wouldn't complain!
      Actually, would you be interested in a future video about 'a day in the life' of a TC or how I structure my week? LMK

      Thank you! It's still a huge work in progress but I'm glad you're sharing your experience as a TC!
      I would love to see a video on that topic! I'm really enjoying your video content regardless of what you post. everything has been incredibly informative and relatable to my own business. Thank you so much!@@CeciliaVPeralta

    Thank you so much for this! I’m finally leaving my current field to pursue my re license, start classes next week. I’m in FL would you recommend once I get my license to then apply to tc jobs or before I get it? I know there are few job openings and was hoping w my re license it would be easier to find a tc position. I plan on doing showing in the evening and wknds for re but my main focus is tc. I would love to work remote some day.

      Hi! If you are planning to apply for an in-house TC position, check the job description, because some places don't require you to have license. In some cases, they might even offer training. If that is the case, I would apply before getting the license, so you can start gaining experience. Hope I answered your question. If not, feel free to post any follow up questions you might have :)

    Thank you for this video! I did have a question, could I start Independent after obtaining a license and doing a training course for TC? I have real estate background in multi family properties as a leasing consultant. I appreciate your time❤️

      Hi! thanks for your question. You can definitely start as an independent TC. And, you don't need to have a license in most States (check the regulations for your particular State, please!). Although, I will recommend you get some training/coaching. Let me know if I can assist further :)
