so you should focus on exhaling, inhaling less, slowly and with the belly?

Yes. It makes a dramatic difference. When I’m sitting there, I breathe so slow, naturally, and it’s amazing to experience

I noticed that you still breathe through the mouth when you speak… Why is that?

Because that’s how the body functions. It’s one of the very few times when you breathe from the mouth. Talking requires breathing thru the mouth. Try talking breathing thru your nose. You can’t.

Awesome talk, i always have the theory that breathing is basically the explosion of air elements inside of the body, so the more you breath is a razor blade you can use it to improve your mechanism to do systems reactions like digestion, brain stimulation , improving blood circulation and nutrition in every corner of your body. but at the same time is producing a type of oxide process and could lead us to death eventually if is not the right amount for your body.

I came across Patrick’s video around March 2020 while I was sick with Covid . I have been suffering from chronic insomnia for years and anxiety and ever since I have been applying nose breathing throughout the day, I feel calmness and my sleep has improved enormously . Fall asleep easily, sleeping deeply and wake up feeling refreshed.
