Awesome talk, i always have the theory that breathing is basically the explosion of air elements inside of the body, so the more you breath is a razor blade you can use it to improve your mechanism to do systems reactions like digestion, brain stimulation , improving blood circulation and nutrition in every corner of your body. but at the same time is producing a type of oxide process and could lead us to death eventually if is not the right amount for your body.

I have been suffering from chronic insomnia for years and anxiety and ever since I have been applying nose breathing throughout the day, I feel calmness and my sleep has improved enormously . Fall asleep easily, sleeping deeply and wake up feeling refreshed.

Yes. It makes a dramatic difference. When I’m sitting there, I breathe so slow, naturally, and it’s amazing to experience
