nobody sees it coming boo... lanie gardner comes from a musical family in north carolina and has been singing since she was 4 and has writing songs since she was 12. she had a fairly strong but small social media following with a mix of her own songs and covers but really hit is big with this cover of "dreams"... it eventually got to mick fleetwood whom was so impressed that he contacted lanie himself to congratulate her on the performance. all this led to a recording contract with jonas entertainment (i.e. jonas brothers) where she has now just started releasing songs off her upcoming album and touring with jelly roll. she has an excellent raspy tone vocal that is kind of a mix of rock, blues and country not to mention a great smile and attitude. really impressive how well she actually captures the vocal style of stevie nicks and the original... 😎
