This is random, but is there any way to purchase a battery itself form golden? Specifically for the golden literider envy? Someone I know has that model, but is in need of a battery. Thought I might ask here since you have worked with many companies.
Yes of course, call us and ask to speak with the parts department. They may ask for the serial number to ensure you get the right battery. Does it need just the batteries or the batteries and the battery case? Here's a video showing the battery case being opened.
