I am 70 and have been exercising for years. I like your videos because they are slow paced with controlled movements. I feel much safer and comfortable with this pace yet I feel like I get a good workout.
I am 26 and this is a really great workout for me to start over again. At first I thought this might be too easy, but after working out I can feel my full body working but I don't feel dizzy at all. Definitely a workout I can du everyday

Lauren, you ALWAYS have the best exercises. I think Balance exercises are one of the most important exercises for seniors. Strength training & Balance. Your workouts are so refreshing. ❤ My glutes and thighs are aching with this one. I used a lighter weight for the first set and a heavier one for the second set and it really impacted how I used my body. Made me work so much harder, especially in the core. Thank you for always reminding me which part of my body I should be using and feeling. It makes a world of difference. Thank you xxx

Stumbled on your videos and they are amazing, doing different videos every second day plus hour walks daily. Day 63, I am a practical person hence I love practical application of moves. As we get older we need to be able to do stuff for ourselves as long as possible. Perfect workout again.

Hi Lauren as mentioned previously have been doing your workouts for close to a month, doing different ones several times each week. Feel so much better than I have in ages. About 9 weeks ago started taking circumin as I had heard so many good things regarding it....WELL little did I realise just how much it really does help heal the WHOLE body! Since early March 2023 by tweaking diet and increasing exercise I have dropped 6 kgs and really feel like a new person, Im doing things that I didn't think possible....YAH!! Also started doing the Barre exercise video with you, love your sense of humor and all the encouragement...Brilliant. Plus big thank you for replying to all the comments, thats speaks volumes about you - Really impressed..Again thank you😃😃😃

Like the pace, controlled movement so we are working g the muscles for that group. I always think too easy, then I am finishing a set and not so easy. Pace is perfect. I am 65.

This was FUN but at the same time very functional. I loved that you started out doing the moves without the weights as a preview first and then progressed to using the weights which I could really feel. Good evening Lauren..just completed the session as my evening workouts Feels great. I'm using a 2lb dumbbells, of which I'm comfortable with. Still got the time and energy to do cycling..Tqvm Lauren. Its 5.00 pm in Malaysia.
