Love watching these snow removal video's.. but I can't understand why they don't close off the streets, during the time they work on it. Seems that cars are coming from each direction which slows down the workers.

No entity can spend money like government. This is at most 0.5mile per hour operation costing minimum $ 10, 000 per day. For almost no snow. Some very important people must be living on this block.......
