Heihachi: You want to throw me down a danm cliff?!?!? THEN I'LL THROW YOU OFF IN A DANM VOLCANOE!!!! Kazuya: BEETCH PLEASE In tekken 2. Heihachi: ORLY? Kazuya: AAAAAAAAAAAAAH Ded.
you've gotta hand it to Tekken, they came in when the gaming world was being dominated by Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat etc. and were a game-changer for fighting games, by giving their characters real stories and backdrops
lol at the beginning Kazuyas like 'now it's YOUR turn to be thrown off a cliff!" and I love the tekken 2 opening the best, I think its sooo cool!! tekken 2 has always been my favorite.
I've been a fan since the first game so this isn't a matter of "from what I've seen". It's the fact that the costumes were the most original from other games, the prologues looked awesome and so was the voice actor, the Mishima/Kazama storyline was great (And made Tekken 5 intro a great follow-up), the best Tekken Force, Training mode, save replays any time, introduction of Christie :D, and a legitimate boxer. I may be a little biased seeing as though my favorite character returned DOORYA
TTT2 isn't canon with the rest of the series so they can bring back old characters dead or not. But after defeating Jun in TTT2 she transforms into Unknown. So in the non-canon Tekken games we have learned that Jun is Unknown. In the main series we are still unaware and so is Jin. He thinks she's dead after Ogre attacked her. I would personally love if they would play her being Unknown into the main series.
Because they were revolutionary at THAT time? Seriously, would people start saying today's videogame graphics are garbage 10 years from now too? Of course they get better as we develop better graphics tech.
@12345Cinos Well he didn't...well sort of! He obviously was not a playable character in Tekken 3 so it was assumed he died; however, in his prologue in Tekken 4 the game states that he was revived by G Corporation, a rival genetics company of the Mishima Zaibatsu, a few days after his supposed death.
in my opinion Tekken 3 was the best, it was the first game with jin, and it was one of the first i remember buy with my own money. not to say the rest where not good i love the whole series tekken is a great series where they don't usually get rid of original cast and it has always had great game play and control feel.
@BRONST0N Yes you are correct, Tekken Tag Tournament is not incorporated into the true storyline, it is a separate game by itself, away from the tournament games. I only added the intro because it gave great visuals of past characters transitioning from PS onto the PS2 graphics (along with being the next official game after Tekken 3). I obviously did not add a correct ending scene following the TTT intro (like I did with the other games) because there is no correct outcome. Thanks!
@12345Cinos he survived cause the devi had taken over his body n kept him alive until g-corp found his body n used its dna to make a copy n bring him back... then he allowed them to research his previous body until heihachi attacked g-corp n found out he was still alive
@sonichog4 Now remember the transition of the graphics of Tekken 3 to Tekken 4, they were trying to make a new game engine as well as the mechanics of the game for a better quality.
No way! Refined Tekken Force, best Tekken Force, introduction of prologues, best prologues, awesome menu voice actor, exclusive costumes, best costumes, Training mode, final stage arena, best canon storyline, introduction of save replays, first encounter between Jin and Kazuya, allows you to move before fight, legitimate boxer, By the way Tekken 4 had the same amount of characters as Tekken 3 which was more than Tekken 1 and 2 less than Tekken 2
Actually no, or maybe I don't know, did you hear that from Harada? If not then don't assume things, just because the first tekken tag had no storyline doesn't necessarily mean that Tag 2 doesn't. Plus on Tekken zaibatsu it says that the story line is currently being developed, so good sir, the chances are she is alive.
@12345Cinos think of it on a star wars episode three scenario where anakin was near the lava and his clothes caught fire, im assuming thats what happened to kazuya cuz in his tekken 5 prolouge you see him in the chamber with messed up skin.
This would look like the most realistic shit we have ever seen in the 90's and early 2000's
Forgot how good Tekken 2's intro was.Great music, and a great montage of the characters. And surprisingly dramatic
tekken 2 will always be my favorite tekken game (memories)
Thanks for putting these together !
Devilish smile, that of Kazuya when he throws Heihachi off the cliff!...
Heihachi: You want to throw me down a danm cliff?!?!? THEN I'LL THROW YOU OFF IN A DANM VOLCANOE!!!!
Kazuya: BEETCH PLEASE
In tekken 2. Heihachi: ORLY?
Kazuya: AAAAAAAAAAAAAH Ded.
I Just LOVE Tekken 2 intro! So good even there's ps1 graphics very well made!
Tekken 3 was amazing
Tekken is a story of son and father throwing themselves off a cliff.
Thanx for this. Reminds me how much I love Tekken
3:28 Heihachi Ending From Tekken 2
Kazuya is so badass..he punched a candle
Tekken 2 was the first Tekken I ever played. I still play it to this day : >
Awesome game, isn't it?
Youko Kurohane Yes, you're right :3
Me too.
Man the Tekken 2 intro was badass.
For some reason Heihachi's ending in Tekken 2 saddens me.
Maybe because a father threw his son in a volcano?
WOW. The memories that came back from that Tekken 1 intro were insane!!!
Tekken is like fine wine, it gets better with age.
I love the prologue music; that screeching and eerie music.
That's such a happy tune for a scene where someone is attempting murder.
Wow, the graphics back then...makes you realise how fast everything goes.
6:36 My favorite Tekken Intro.
Arggh! C'est génial! Je salue l'initiative. Ooha!
you've gotta hand it to Tekken, they came in when the gaming world was being dominated by Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat etc. and were a game-changer for fighting games, by giving their characters real stories and backdrops

WORDS BETWEEN THE FIRST TEKKEN INTRO AND THE LAST. I LOVE TEKKEN
impeccable ta vidéo !!
Finally got Tekken Hybrid for PlayStation 3 and the Tekken: Blood Vengeance movie was pretty stellar, I would recommend it for any Tekken fan!
@Xyloni
It is my favorite as well! I like how they showed you all the characters you can unlock in the intro.
Ah Ps1! suddenly I became nostalgic...mortal kombat, crash bandicoot, winning eleven....
My childhood is here
Epic Tekken 1 run animations!
nostalgic... yet you can see the development of a piece of our childhood T-T
Tekken 3 was such a jump in awesomeness. So much better than the first and second game.
The Sonyyyyyy :) I Remember That
I remember when the Tekken 3 intro was the craziest shit I'd ever seen.
1:48 Mr Bean Mishima
1:20 Kazuya & Heihachi
tekken 2's intro has the best song from all intros
Tekken got shitty when they made Jin the main character.
I've been a fan since the first game so this isn't a matter of "from what I've seen". It's the fact that the costumes were the most original from other games, the prologues looked awesome and so was the voice actor, the Mishima/Kazama storyline was great (And made Tekken 5 intro a great follow-up), the best Tekken Force, Training mode, save replays any time, introduction of Christie :D, and a legitimate boxer.

i would have loved if that whas the whole story and there just being more and more people standing there watching them doing it
I still go back to play my Tekken 2
OMG those old graphics it's so old I kinda like it
If you're gonna drop someone off a cliff, might as well be over a active volcano.
0:00 Sony Computer Entertainment
Playstation
i remember that into going hand-in-hand with the resident evil game, just added to the fright.
Tekken 2 was my first PS game.
kazuya's face when he throws heihachi down OMG
Tekken 2 by far had the best intro music
TTT2 isn't canon with the rest of the series so they can bring back old characters dead or not. But after defeating Jun in TTT2 she transforms into Unknown. 0:00 to 0:23 Brings back Memories
Hm, you're right. It's not confirmed but at least there's a slight chance she's alive. All we can is hope and I'm also a Kazuya fan :)
@ 6:32
Mind blown.
Don't forget volcano, the most important part was the volcano.
You can't forgot the character select screen, along with the music.
I love the cheerful music playing while Kazuya is killing his father by throwing him off of a high cliff. :)
Because they were revolutionary at THAT time? Seriously, would people start saying today's videogame graphics are garbage 10 years from now too? Of course they get better as we develop better graphics tech.
Ok, that makes sense now that she's alive
I never realized that at 6:22 it's Jun Kazama's head that Ogre is holding.
@FordGT8806 agreed as well it expanded the tekken series beyond what it use to be
i always loved it :D
do you mean that voice on Tekken 3 when you start the game and the voice says "Good Morning" because that alwasy scared me when I was young
tekken tag 2 (the most recent one) is pretty damn awsome as well.
Part 2 was removed b/c of copyright issue, sorry everyone!
ffuuuu
Re-upload it please
OMG I want to watch the part 2 T T
):
no no no:(
@12345Cinos

i love this game
in my humble opinion like tekken 4, it tried its best to lengthen the serious AND IT DID. Also historicly i loved it, first tekken game on ps2
in my opinion Tekken 3 was the best, it was the first game with jin, and it was one of the first i remember buy with my own money. not to say the rest where not good i love the whole series tekken is a great series where they don't usually get rid of original cast and it has always had great game play and control feel.
believe it or not. Tekken 4 was the first real video game I actually played.
@BRONST0N

lol yeah i agree dude i remember waiting to see if my ps1 was gonna fail on me lol.
tekken 3 was my childhood, my dad would always pick jin or law whereas i preffered huang and lee
You messed up in the Tekken 3 ending, you needed to use Heihachi ending as well.
Non canon
harada took over and is obssessed with competition
6:08 Well, Heihachi, that's what you get for bringing a gun to a fistfight.
Can we get that old intro back for the ps4?
Hey you should do a mortal kombat story
@browncoatz LOL!! I was wondering the same...BTW Tekken 3 intro is just awesome....second to none!!
@sonichog4 Now remember the transition of the graphics of Tekken 3 to Tekken 4, they were trying to make a new game engine as well as the mechanics of the game for a better quality.

@darkjaksasuke
I know, Tekken Tag Tournament was my favorite, my first PS2 game!
IMO T3 had THE BEST intro
Tekken 3 was a game changer
Tekken 2 was the game changer. 3 was the peak
