@@ChallahAtchaGirl it turned out glorious, well the second one did😂 The first time, the yeast wasn't all that active anymore, but the second one. OH MY GOODNESS: your recipe is the bomb, absolutely delicious (egg free challa). And the braidong worked like a charm, i linked you on my insta! Currently waiting for the yeast to activate to make some more. Though i think I will go back to fresh yeast.
Oh yaaaaaaay!!! I'm so so glad you loved it!! 🥳 and I'm happy the braiding went well!!!👏 And I've never used fresh yeast, (would love to try one day!) but between the instant and active dry yeast, I prefer the active dry yeast! For the tutorial of my recipe, I recorded it last year during the lockdown time I believe in the summer or late spring, so all the yeast in the stores were sold out and I couldn't find ANY and when I did, I finally was able to get my hands on instant yeast at least! I like the active dry yeast because you can see it actually activating (and see if it works) right off the bat rather than mixing all the ingredients with the instant yeast and then hoping it all works out, so I totally feel you!! Thanks so much for sharing with me! ❤
As a c&g qualified Baker of 25 plus years, I have always done standard 4 or 3 strands. But your video has inspired me now for 5 strands, great tutorial thank you
I love watching your 5 strand braidings all were awesome and I've got grteat benefits many thanks for your tutorials, I prefer classical tapered and round, have a nice day:)

How much gram is every strand?😍
Hi there! I used about 110 to 112 grams for each strand! Happy braiding! 💫
The braiding part goes way too fast. Slow down please!!!
