Tandoori Telapia with vegetables

  • Ingredients:
    Whole telapia fish - 750 grams
    Curd -100 grams
    Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice -2 tbsp
    Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
    Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
    Turmeric powder - 1/ tsp
    Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
    Kasoori methi crushed - 1/2 tsp
    Carom powder - 1/4 tsp
    Salt - to taste
    Red chilli powder - to taste
    Green chilli - 2 to 3
    Vegetables like onion , tomato , bell pepper.
    Marinate the vegetables with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Then arrange in wooden stick.
    Method:
    1.Clean the fish thoroughly.
    2.Marinate the fish with ginger garlic paste ,lemon juice salt & red chilli powder for 15 minutes.
    3. Make a paste with curd and all the spice powders.
    5. Now marinate the fish with curd mixture. Keep for 30 minutes.
    6. Preheat the oven.Place the fish on a flat oven tray. Spray little oil. Arrange the vegetable sticks. Spray little oil.Cook the fish for 10 to 15 minutes in 195 degree Celsius. You can take out the vegetable to avoid over cooking.
    7. When little colour appears, turn the fish and increase oven temperature to 210 degrees.
    8. Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. Till you see desired colour.
    9. Take out in a serving dish.
