Rich and creamy, smooth and tangy, this no-bake mini passionfruit no bake cheesecake is simply irresistible. It’s easy to make, and you can make it ahead of time.
This light no bake passionfruit cheesecake is packed with passionfruit flavour. It's a delicious summer dessert made with granadilla pulp. Its made with fresh cream, creamcheese, and double cream yogurt, and therefore is lighter than traditional cheesecake, but tastes no less decadent!
MINI PASSION FRUIT NO BAKE CHEESECAKE
Biscuit crust:-
200g digestive biscuits
100g butter, melted
Cheesecake:-
40g granadilla jelly
1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup cold water
1 cup fresh cream
230g creamcheese
1/2 cup double thick plain yoghurt
1/2 can condensed milk
1 cup granadilla pulp
Topping:-
2 cups fresh cream
1/3 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Garnish:-
Passionfruit pulp
