Massive house with a hefty price tag 😂, the floating staircase fused with wood and glass talk about attention to details, bold colours and kines running throughout the house. The house is 3 levels they should have installed a an elevator/lift, the kitchen is small ..... Love the Balconys the 280 degree view 😂.... "lost you, where are you? are you decent?" 😂😂😂.... This house is gorgeous I love how spacious it is and love the light that comes inside it, however I'm disappointed that there is no bomer area and the toilets that are next to the scallery and bar areas is something I wouldn't prefer. I feel the main bedroom needed more balcony space and the pjama area shouldn't have been next to the main bedroom and this house needs more garden space I wish they would have extended it a bit and put an elevator, the house has so much space maybe it could have squeezed in two more bedrooms if it wasn't for the design. Otherwise if your guest's are fit an healthy the house is perfect.

Likewise, some of the suggestions have been on my mind as well, but that’ll be up to the new buyer to ascertain whether they’re dealbreakers, or something they’d like to adjust themselves as new owners 🤔
Oh and yes - plenty of times where Marussia catches me offguard with her chirps or sense of humour, so I’m allowed some laughs every now and then as well. Thought to leave that ‘raw part’ in the final edit this time around🤣

South African architecture is so awesome. This house isnt even the best design by these architects, which tells you all you need to know. For me, in USD terms, these homes represent value for money. Difficult to emigrate when you have these potential options open to you.

I've finally figured it out, the camera is too busy. The architecture is amazing, but because the camera moves so much and doesn't really follow the guide, our eyes are busy, and we fail to appreciate the tour. In short, follow the guide, let her direct the camera, and be less busy and I suspect we can double the viewership

This house is not make sure. The 1st/ground floor does not make sense at all and does not communicate or sync well with the 2nd floor. The kitchen is too small and narrow, there should have been a secondary/chef's kitchen. The entertainment space small also. The use of space in this house is not well thought through.

Totally agree with you...The fact that there is nothing (but a garden) on the ground floor makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and that tiny kitchen in such a big house is a joke to be honest. For R30M, you should be getting so much more house than this.
The interior of this house is such a disappointment, given how amazing it is on the outside. SPS Architects designs some of the most beautiful houses but they should maybe cosider teaming up with an interior designer to help out with tiling, bathroom designs, lighting, kitchens etc...
She cant review we want to see fully what the house has, we don’t really car about glass ans linings which we can see but tell us why should i prefer my family being there other than else where

The kitchen is missing a few aspects, a little bit of opulence and a blue line kitchen would seal the deal for me. Overall, nice property.
