Probably. Can't think of a lot of other AI villains I like. They're hard to do right - it's too easy to go the "Sentient computer that goes crazy and wants to kill all life-forms" route. I mean, Chief is crazy, but a _different_ kind of crazy.

in the Japanese edition, the part of "I love everyone(4:36)" is more impressive and very famous. I was surprised that it was unexpectedly disappointing in English version.
He said, "Unfortunately for you, we have no allies. Yep... no allies, OR enemies either... [Deep Breath] I LOVE YOU GUYS AHAHAH." I think the main difference is his voice, which the English version is much more tame compared to. Just not hysterical enough, lol.
