Cut 2 zucchini into slices
Please subscribe to the channel
Melt 50 g butter
Brush the zucchini with oil
salt pepper
Fry for 2 minutes
Turn the zucchini over
salt pepper
Fry for another 2 minutes
Fry the remaining zucchini
Place zucchini on baking paper
Now let's move on to the filling
1 onion finely chopped
Fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes
300 g mushrooms, finely chopped
Fry for 3-5 minutes
1 pepper finely chopped
Fry for 2 minutes
1 tomato finely chopped
Fry for 2 minutes
Salt, pepper, paprika
Fry for another 2-3 minutes
Put the filling on the zucchini
Grate 100 g of cheese
Place zucchini on top
Do the same again

Очень много жира от жарки и плюс сыр.Это можно запечь в духовке заворачивая в фольгу, чтобы сохранилась сочность. Сыр посыпать сверху за несколько мин. до готовности. Будет намного полезнеф.
